Terms and Conditions - Tickets to see The Killers live at Wembley Statium, 22nd June 2013

  1. The Competition will be hosted via www.thekillers.co.uk and Mercury Records. All entrants must answer a match three icons on the Battle Born Fruit Machine and then correctly answer a question in order to enter. Entrants then must provide their name and a valid email address.
  2. Closing date is midnight, Satruday 1st June 2013.
  3. Winners will be notified, if successful, via email on Monday 3rd June.
  4. The competition is open to all citizens of the UK and Republic of Ireland except employees of Mercury Records, a division of Universal Music Operations Limited and their associated, affiliated or subsidiary companies, and their families, agents, or anyone connected with this Competition.
  5. Entrants below the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian over the age of 18.
  6. An eligible entrant must be an individual resident in the UK or Republic of Ireland and must submit by including their e-mail address. Entries may be rejected in the sole discretion of Universal Music.
  7. Universal Music will not be liable for any failure of receipt of entries. Universal Music takes no responsibility for any entries that are lost, delayed, illegible, corrupted, damaged, incomplete or otherwise invalid. Further, Universal Music will not be liable for technical, hardware, or software failures of any kind or lost or unavailable network connections which may limit or prohibit an eligible entrant's ability to participate in the Competition.
  8. Universal Music reserves the right, with or without cause, to exclude entrants and withhold prizes for violating any of these General Rules and the Terms and Conditions and Terms of Use. Universal Music reserves the right to amend these General Rules. Any amendments will be published on the Website.
  9. Prize is a pair of tickets to see The Killers perform live at Wembley Stadium on June 22nd 2013. (Approximate value lb140). The judges' decision is final and binding on the entrants. No correspondence will be entered into.
  10. The winner must make their own way to the venue to see the performance at their own expense. All expenses and insurances shall not be the responsibility of Universal Music.
  11. Winners will be notified within 72 hours of the competition closing that they have won. There is no cash or other alternative to the prizes stated and the prizes are not transferable and no part or parts of the prize may be substituted for other benefits, items or additions.
  12. Uses of personal data received by Universal Music Operations Limited in the course of the competition are subject to the privacy policy found on the Website.
  13. By entering the competition all entrants are deemed to have accepted and be bound by these General Rules.
  14. Universal Music reserves the right at any time to cancel, modify or supersede the competition (including altering prizes) if, in our sole discretion, a competition is not capable of being conducted as specified.
  15. Nothing in these terms and conditions shall limit Universal Music's liability for death or personal injury caused by their employees or agents' negligence or for fraud.
  16. If any of these clauses should be determined to be illegal, invalid or otherwise unenforceable then it shall be severed and deleted from these terms and conditions and the remaining clauses shall survive and remain in full force and effect.
  17. These terms and conditions shall be governed by English law and the courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
